Yalla Thornhill Camp Cancellation Policy
At Yalla Thornhill Camp, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to offer flexibility while managing the resources required to provide a quality camp experience. Please review our updated cancellation terms:
Cancellations Made on or Before April 1st
Full refund with no cancellation or processing fees.
Cancellations Made Between April 2nd and May 1st
Refund provided, minus a $30 processing fee.
Cancellations Made Between May 2nd and June 1st
Refund provided, minus a $75 cancellation fee.
Cancellations Made Between June 2nd and June 20th
Refund provided, minus a $150 cancellation fee.
Cancellations Made Between June 21st and July 1st
Refund provided, minus a $200 cancellation fee.
Cancellations Made on or After July 2nd
No refunds will be provided, as program preparations and staffing arrangements will have been finalized.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Yalla Thornhill Camp administration via email. ([email protected])
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a cancellation request.
We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you have a unique situation, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
