At Yalla Thornhill Camp, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to offer flexibility while managing the resources required to provide a quality camp experience. Please review our updated cancellation terms:

1. Cancellations Made on or Before April 1st

• Full refund with no cancellation or processing fees.

2. Cancellations Made Between April 2nd and May 1st

• Refund provided, minus a $30 processing fee.

3. Cancellations Made Between May 2nd and June 1st

• Refund provided, minus a $75 cancellation fee.

4. Cancellations Made Between June 2nd and June 20th

• Refund provided, minus a $150 cancellation fee.

5. Cancellations Made Between June 21st and July 1st

• Refund provided, minus a $200 cancellation fee.

6. Cancellations Made on or After July 2nd

• No refunds will be provided, as program preparations and staffing arrangements will have been finalized.

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Yalla Thornhill Camp administration via email. ([email protected])
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a cancellation request.
• We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you have a unique situation, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
